Brief Biography of Kefilwe Kgasoane My name is Kefilwe Kgasoane, born on the 29th of January 1960, as the eldest child of the late Simon & Freda Phala. After my 12 years if School, I proceeded to study an Executive Secretarial Course to better myself for the work environment.On the 25th of March 1985, I got married to my late husband Itumeleng Kgasoane, and were blessed with three children, two girls and a boy. I was then employed by CNA Head Office in the Accounts department for 10 years. In 1994 i took a leap of faith and ventured into business and started a restaurant in my home. I ran the business for 10 years and was later forced to close it down due to the instability of the economy. I then seeked permanent work to assist my husband with our household needs. I was then employed by Real Books, a book distribution company for 12 years but was later retrenched in 2017. Because of my love for god I gave myself to the work of God and then in 1994 I Joined the Mothers Union, joined the choir in 1996, served the parish council in 1998, was involved with the Jesus is Happening Ministry in 2000, completed my preaching course in 2007. Between 2003-2006, i served as an MU Council Member. I attended the School of Tutu Theology between 2002-2003, became a parish minister in 2004, served as a St Mary & St Agnes Guild Coordinator from 2006-2009, 2010-2013 i was M.U Deputy Enrolling Member, and between 2013-2017 served as an M.U Enrolling Member.
